60 or 90 Minute Practice.

  • Free Consultation: (30 Min.) In which we discuss how you feel and think presently (physically, mentally, spiritually) and where you would like to evolve. Together we create a plan and a practice to support and elevate you in your daily life. Wherever you are, I’ll meet you there.

  • Breathwork for Memory Care: A gentle practice focusing on the role of breath (pranayama) in the restoration of the nervous system. We gradually increase your lung capacity as you gain a personal understanding and control of your flow. Postures suggested in this practice are designed to ease the flow of air through your lungs and cultivate a sensitivity to the electrical signals moving up and down your spine.

  • Hormone-Balancing Workshop: Learning the connection between our hormones and the nervous system through visualization, breath awareness and movement. Through mindful practice, we tone the sympathetic and parasympathetic responses of the nervous system, which drive the hormonal signals in the body. 

  • Kundalini Yoga for Advanced Practitioners: Taking the next step and increasing our range of awareness and experience. We incorporate pranayama (breathing), kriya (cleansing), mantra (vocalizing) and asanas (postures) into our practice. The focus is on clearing the nadis (sushumna, ida and pingala) and activating/balancing the chakras. Our series begins with practices of the ajna chakra (third eye) to guide us in discernment as we work to release energy in the lower chakras. As our practice progresses, we move on to techniques for mooladhara (root), swadhisthana (sacral), anahata (heart), vishuddhi (throat) chakras.

  • Mantra Workshop: Mantra is a syllable, a word or phrase which elevates consciousness through its meaning, the sound itself, rhythm, tone and reflexology of the tongue and palate. With a 108-bead mala, we journey from our material self to our spiritual self. Each chant brings us one unit closer to our godliness.

  • Let’s Go Shopping! Learn to organize your grocery list to stock your kitchen with the most wholesome nutritional ingredients for your goals. Compare, contrast, learn why this and not that.

  • Training & Performance: We calculate current biometric data, performance and goals, and accordingly, design and evolve diet plans in systematic support of optimal performance. 

  • Supplements: We tackle the scientific literature, personal benefits, hype and everything in between.
