90 minute practice. 

[After this practice you will feel buzzed, energized, activated and inspired.]

We begin with Om and mantra to settle into our presence. 

Next, we cycle through several rounds of pranayama breathing exercises to clear the central energy channels (nadis) for unobstructed flow of kundalini shakti. 

We move into our asana practice (postures) to engage and activate one or more specific chakras (energy centers). 

Throughout the practice, we use hand gestures, muscle locks (bandhas) and visualization to direct our prana (energy) to light up through the nervous system. 

And, if your spirit is called to take flight, we guide it gently back to land with a closing mantra.
